    Halletsville is in my opinion a highly corrupt town and when they can't find any thing wrong like no insurance or valid registration they will give you a citation for speeding and when you fight it they hold up court for the officer in question to arrive in his patrol vehicle and in uniform which means he's on duty which as I understand is against the law it's like he's being paid for his testimony then even if you make a substantial case sighting the officers oversight of the color of a vehicle or the number of passengers or when his Rader gun was last calibrated the judge will still find you guilty and fine you $300.00
